people with transcriptions for their videos and what it does is let’s say I wanted to transcribe a video of mine I just go here transcribe my video and I send them one of my videos they will send to a person like you that want to transcribe the videos that person will transcribe the video and send me back the transcriptions right so that’s basically how it works it charges people 1.50 per minute up to five dollars or twelve dollars per minute depending on the type of service that you you’re going to be asking the website to do for you so let’s say you wanted to be a transcriber right what you have to do is go to rev.com scroll down to the bottom of the page and then you want to click become a freelancer just click on this option right here and you’re going to be taking website here this website right here is going to show you how much you’re going to get paid for each minute that you transcribe okay so let’s say my video has 10 minutes and you’re getting paid around 30 cents to 1.10 per minute if you’re doing a transcription and if you’re doing a captioner you’re getting paid 54 cents to 1.10 per minute okay so this is how much you can expect to get paid I’m going to show you a way in which you can do this really really quickly and bear in mind you don’t have to just reuse one of these websites you can use all of them and make the most amount of money that’s because you’re not going to be doing it yourself you’re going to put software tools to do the job for you so the most amount of jobs that you can get the most amount of money you will make so this is how the website works create a flexible work

and video for ninety dollars and there’s a premium one which is 60 Minutes or Less 180 and she will deliver this very quickly so this is called an Express service 180 bucks for something that you’re not going to have to do it yourself this is just a crazy amount of money it’s a huge opportunity for anyone that wants to start 2023 with a very stable income remember I told you none of these jobs require experience none of these jobs require a degree because you’re not even going to be doing it alright so now that you know where you’re going to go to find people to buy the service to give you money then how do you actually perform this service without you having to do the actual job well there’s two options that you can use one of them is going to be free and one of them will require a software which is about 19.99 a month if you decide to use it it’s much quicker and its instant transcription okay the first website obviously that you’re going to be using if you decide to use the free option is youtube.com and why youtube.com because this is my YouTube dashboard right here this is a video that I uploaded about how to make a hundred thousand dollars per year flipping domains I’ve never added any subtitles to this video here and as you can see YouTube already generates the subtitles for the video but there’s a caveat to this when you generate the subtitles for the video automatically it will have some errors in it so what you’re going to do is when you get the videos from either rev or upwork or Fiverr or whatever is the place that you decided to work from you’re going to get the video you’re going to bring it to YouTube and you’re going to upload it on your platform as unlisted once you do that you’re going to take this here and you’re going to download the transcription so you’re just going to click here on these three dots right here where it says option and you want to click download once you download you want to select srt.srt this option here is going to download the captions to your computer so this is a video of mine that I uploaded a few weeks ago I believe and it’s about how to make 100K a year flipping domains YouTube already generates automatic captions for my video as you can see here English automatic because it knows that my video is in English but the caveat to this is when you upload it and YouTube generates these automatic subtitles it has some errors in it alright so what you can do is you can come to Youtube upload a video the video that you just received from upwork or Fiverr or rev it doesn’t matter just upload the video here and you want to upload it as unlisted what unlisted means it means that it is on the YouTube platform but other people can see it only you will be able to see it okay so YouTube is going to generate the subtitles for the video and you’re going to fix those subtitles and then you’re going to download it and give it to your clients so for you to be able to find the errors on the subtitles that YouTube generates all you have to do is go here once you’re inside the video dashboard just click here edit details and then on the left here you’re going to select subtitles so after you click on subtitles on the left what you have to do right now is click here on duplicate and it and what will happen now is YouTube is going to show you a screen in which you can use to see the subtitles and you’re going to be able to edit them so for you to be able to see the timings of the video so let’s say at one minute I say a word the
word comes up or you’ll be able to see those timing just click here edit timings and you’re going to see where all those timings are and then if you find any mistakes here on the transcription then you can just basically fix them so let’s play the video really quick all right so it’s pretty accurate it says everything it has everything written the way that I’m saying it so if you you can just look over it and if you find any mistakes you can just fix it and then click on publish and after you’ve done that all you have to do is click here on these three dots right here and you want to click on download and select dot SRT and once you’ve done that you’ve already fixed all of the mistakes on the captions and once you do that you’re already gonna have your file downloaded to your computer with all the captions with all the timings everything that you need to just hand it over to your clients this is the option if you don’t want to spend any money you get YouTube to do the transcription for you all you have to do is just fix the mistakes and then download the files and send it to the person that paid you the second option that you can use but Reese is an Adobe Premiere Pro a software that will let me edit my videos yes but recently Adobe Premiere Pro came out with an option that you can upload the video to Adobe Premiere Pro and it will generate Auto captions for you better than the YouTube platform that you can just download and send it to your clients let me show you how it works okay so right now I’ve just opened Adobe Premiere Pro which is my editing software and what I’m going to do is I’m going to drag and drop my video into Adobe Premiere Pro to generate the subtitles to show you how to do it okay so now I have my video here on the left
what I’m going to do is just drag and drop it into my timeline as you can see there is my video Once the video is in your timeline all you have to do is click here on the top right corner where it says workspaces where my mouse is at and you want to select the option captions and Graphics right this one right here just click on that option after you do that you’re going to see this screen here on the left all you have to do is just click on your clip and select create a transcription just click on this option select the link language that the video is in and if there’s only one person on a video you’re going to select no don’t separate speakers if there’s more than one person on the video you’re going to select yes separate speakers alright so in my videos it’s just me speaking so I’m gonna select no audio track mix you can leave that there and then you just want to click on transcribe now Adobe Premiere Pro is creating the transcription for our video now it’s been a minute and now it generated our subtitle it’s been about a minute all you have to do is just check here if there are any mistakes if you if there are any mistakes all you have to do is just click on the text and then you can switch it to whatever you want okay you can just type in it whatever it is that you want to type I’m just going to leave it as it is because it is correct there’s not many mistakes that adobe generates because this is a very high-end paid software which is 19.99 a month if you want to go with this option which I find a lot better than the YouTube transcription then after you see that it’s all correct all you have to do is just click here where my cursor is at least three dots and then you want to create the captions just click on create captions once you do it just leave it as subtitle default and then you want to create the captions now let’s just give it a little five seconds and as you can see here it created some files on top of my video on the timeline so now my video has captions as you can see they’re written in the screen here so if I play my video as I’m talking there are captions down here I don’t need to put time I don’t have to write anything nothing it’s done for me now all I have to do is just click here on export now after you click export just scroll down here to the bottom and then you’re going to see this option right here where it says captions click on it and you want to select export options you want to select create sidecar file the reason why you want to select this option here is because it’s going to create a different file and not burn the captions into the video and what I mean by that is it’s not going to be in the video but it’s going to be a second separate file that you can use to burn together later on so you can even make changes to it if you wanted to so that’s why you’re going to select this option it’s going to give you a transcription file file that you can send to your clients okay so all you have to do is just select here create sidecar file and include SRT styling all right just include that and then you want to click export and that is it it’s going to export your video and it is going to export your file all you have to do is take that and give it to your client and get paid it’s as easy as that the most amount of times that you can do this like you saw here on Fiverr she’s getting paid 180 to deliver this service quickly just by doing this I took about 10 minutes to do a 13 minute 26 seconds video and this works for any type of video even if this video was an hour long the process will take the same amount of time that’s because it’s not me doing it so if this sounds interesting to you and you want a job that you don’t have to talk to people you don’t have to do customer service you
